We have set up a number of working groups, so that Friends members can get involved in the life of the Gardens :-

Entertainments Group - This group is responsible for the planning of the Spring Festival & Welloween and is developing ideas for more events to cater for all ages.

Wildlife Group- Join our band of volunteers to attract even more wildlife to the Gardens. In May, join us on a Dawn Chorus walk. And find out about some of the rarer residents in Bat Week. See the Wildlife page for more information.

Fundraising- All of this takes cash so we need enthusiastic fundraisers to help us raise the money to run the future events and also to fund some amenities.

Strategic Development, Maintenance and Improvement- This groupwill liaise with the Council over improvements that the Friends would like to see in the park.
